Dhaka: Former US Secretary of State and current President Joe Biden's climate adviser John Kerry is visiting Dhaka on a brief visit of a few hours on April 9 to discuss climate change with a special message from the US President.

This was confirmed to the media by Bangladesh Foreign Minister Dr AK Abdul Momen on Wednesday (March 31).

The climate summit, which will take place on April 22, will be preceded by talks by US President Joe Biden's special envoy to set priorities.
