The youth TMC leader's brother Vikas has been arrested by the ED in Delhi in connection with the cow smuggling case.
Rising Bengal News Bureau: Vikas Mishra, brother of youth TMC leader Binay Mishra, was arrested by ED in Delhi on Tuesday afternoon in connection with a cattle smuggling case.
The ED has sought a total of six days custody of Vikas, who was arrested on the basis of the mobile tower location of the accused.
