Bangladesh's progress in 50 years of independence is very impressive: Indian Railway Minister Piyush Goyal.
Bangladesh will be the first target of India's Look East Policy as a trusted friend, neighbour and partner, said Piyush Goyal, Minister of Railways, Commerce and Industry, Government of India.
He said that the relations between the two countries are now "very dynamic, vibrant and strong" because they are based on history and cultural bonds and people-to-people contacts.
The Indian Railway Minister said this while gracing the Chief Guest's seat at a reception hosted by the Bangladesh High Commission in the Indian capital New Delhi on the occasion of Bangladesh's Independence and National Day on Wednesday (March 31) evening.
