Rising Bengal Dhaka Bureau: A farewell reception was held for Kalyan Chowdhury, Upazila Nirbahi Officer of Sapahar, Naogaon District, Bangladesh, as he was appointed as the Additional Deputy Commissioner Rajshahi.
Attending the discussion and memorial session at the reception, Kalyan Chowdhury also said that the cultural and humanitarian ideological unity of the patriotic people, including the government, will play a role in building a non-communal Bangladesh to protect the spirit and achievements of the great Liberation War.
