Rising Bengal Dhaka Bureau: The'Pravasi'app, developed to serve information to the Bangladeshi diaspora, was launched by Bangladesh State Minister for Foreign Affairs Md Shahriar Alam at a hotel in Dhaka, Bangladesh on Tuesday (30 March) afternoon.
Speaking as the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony, the Bangladesh State Minister for Foreign Affairs said that information technology must be leveraged to ensure easy and comfortable service to the large diaspora spread across the globe, as technology not only creates transparency but also saves time and money, opening new doors for the diaspora.
