First we will make the dough for the paratha. We have used flour here. You can also use flour if you want. Then mix the flour with a little soybean oil and a little salt. Mix the oil, salt well and then pour the dough with warm water. Make sure that the water does not get too much. If the dough is too soft, the paratha is more likely to be not perfect.
Now we will prepare the potatoes for the paratha. Because the whole paratha tastes good on this potato. Cut the boiled potatoes into small pieces in a bowl. Then mix one by one with chaat masala, garam masala, coriander powder, chilli powder, fried cumin powder, salt, chopped onion, green chillies, and coriander leaves. Mix the spices well with the potatoes. Add a little mustard oil while mixing the masala. This will enhance the taste of the potato filling. Because there is no mustard oil to enhance the taste of any of the fillings.
Then cut the dough for the paratha into round pieces. Take a small bowl of dough with a small pressure. Then, roll it into a dough like a singara filled with spices. Gently roll the paratha with potatoes. Make sure the potatoes do not split. Now, it is time to fry the potatoes. First, fry the potatoes in a frying pan without oil.
Make sure you don't tear the paratha while frying it in oil. Once it is lightly fried, deep fry it in a frying pan with either soybean oil or olive oil. This time, you can make your own Punjabi potato paratha. You can have it with meat or potato dumplings.
