রাইজি়ং বেঙ্গল নিউজ় ব্যুরো: পশ্চিমবঙ্গেই ঘটে আজব সব কাণ্ড। পুলিশ থানাতে থেকেও পুলিশকে হুমকির শিকার হতে হয়, তাও আবার মদ্যপ ব্যক্তিদের কাছ থেকে। এই ঘটনার অভিযোগের আঙুল তোলা হয়েছে এক তৃণমূল নেতার বিরুদ্ধে। এই ঘটনার জেরে অবশেষে আলিপুরদুয়ারে পুলিশ স্বতঃপ্রণোদিত মামলা দায়ের করতে বাধ্য হয়।
এই ঘটনাটি ঘটে আলিপুরদুয়ারের দু নম্বর ব্লকে, শামুকতলা থানা এলাকায়। এই থানাতেই তৃণমূলের এক কিষাণ ক্ষেত মজুর সংগঠনের নেতাকে গ্রেফতার করে আটক করা হয়। তাঁকে ছাড়াতে গিয়েই আলিপুরদুয়ার জেলা সম্পাদক তথা আলিপুরদুয়ার জেলা পরিষদের বিদ্যুৎ কর্মাধ্যক্ষ দেবজিৎ সরকার মদ্যপ অবস্থায় থানায় প্রবেশ করে কর্তব্যরত পুলিশ কর্মীদের হুমকি দেয় তথা রীতিমতো উঁচু গলায় সরকারী কাজে বাধা দেয় বলে অভিযোগ উঠেছে।
এই ঘটনার জেরে চলতি সপ্তাহে বৃহস্পতিবারে দেবজিৎ সরকার সহ আরও কয়েকজন অভিযুক্তের বিরুদ্ধে যথাক্রমে ১৮৪/১৮৫ ধারা, ১৮৬ ধারা, ৩৫৩ ধারায় মামলা দায়ের করা হয়েছে বলে জানা গেছে। এই ব্যাপারে দেবজিৎ সরকারের তরফে যদিও সমস্ত অভিযোগ অস্বীকার করা হয়েছে। তাঁর দাবি, এইসবকিছুই ভুল বোঝাবুঝির জেরে হয়েছে।
