রাইজি়ং বেঙ্গল নিউজ় ব্যুরো: বেশ কয়েক বছর আগে থেকেই রাজ্য জুড়ে পর্যাপ্ত শিক্ষকের অভাব দেখা দিয়েছে। তবে, সম্প্রতি এমন একটি ঘটল যা, বিতর্কের সৃষ্টি করল। পুরুলিয়ার এক হাইস্কুলে শিক্ষকের অভাব দেখা দিয়েছে। এই অবস্থায়, সেই স্কুলে পাঠানো হয়েছে প্রাথমিক স্কুলের শিক্ষক। আর এই খবর প্রকাশ্যে আসার পরেই তোলপাড় হয়ে গেল রাজ্য।
ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে পুরুলিয়ার বাঘমুন্ডিতে। এই ব্লকেরই একাধিক স্কুলে শিক্ষকের অভাব দেখা দিয়েছে। এই অবস্থায় বিগত সপ্তাহে শনিবারে তথা ২রা জুলাই তারিখে শিক্ষা দফতরের তরফে একটি নির্দেশিকা জারি করা হয়। এই নির্দেশিকার অধীনে ভিন্ন ভিন্ন প্রাথমিক স্কুলের ১০ জন শিক্ষককে বাঘমুন্ডির ৬টি স্কুলে পাঠানো হয়েছে। রবিবারে পুরুলিয়ার জেলাশাসক রজত নন্দা স্বয়ং এই তথ্যটি রবিবারে প্রকাশ্যে এনেছেন।
জেলাশাসক রজত নন্দা এও জানান যে, হাইস্কুলে শিক্ষকরূপে নিযুক্ত হওয়া প্রাথমিক শিক্ষকরা পরবর্তীকালেও সেই স্কুলগুলিতে শিক্ষকরূপে থেকে যাবেন। এই নির্দেশিকার পর থেকেই শুরু হয়েছে সমালোচনার ঝড়। প্রশ্ন উঠতে শুরু করেছে যে, তাঁর প্রাথমিক স্কুলের শিক্ষক হয়ে, কী করে তাঁরা হাইস্কুলে পড়াবেন? উঠছে নুজুক্ত হওয়া শিক্ষকদের অভিজ্ঞতা ও যোগ্যতা নিয়ে প্রশ্ন। এই অবস্থায় জেলা বিজেপি সভাপতি বিবেক রাঙার অভিযোগ, শিক্ষক নিয়োগে দুর্নীতির কারণেই এমন সংকটের মুখে পড়তে হয়েছে স্কুলগুলিকে।
